COFFEE TREATMENTS


American Roast - Medium roast, medium brown color

European Roast - Dark roast, dark brown color

French roast - Dark brown coffee roast

Italian Roast - Dark brown roast with a bittersweet taste

Viennese - describes either a coffee roasted slightly darker thanusual or a blend of about 2/3 regular roasted beans and 1/3 dark roastedbeans.

Espresso - A unique method of coffee brewing in which hot water isforced under pressure through tightly packed coffee, a cup at a time. Itis also a roast of a coffee, darker brown than normal, but not quite black.
