Related to the habanero and Scotch bonnet. Bright green to yellow, orange,and red. Shaped like a miniature elongated belI pepper. Measures about 2to 3 inches long and 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Thin fleshed; very fruityin flavor and hot. This is not, as the name suggests, a sweet or mild chile.Used in tropical salsas and fish stews. Where: Venezuela and northeastern South America
