HUNGARIAN CHERRY PEPPER
Scarlet to deep red in color, almost spherical, and measuring about 1 3/4inches in diameter. Fleshy, with many seeds. Has medium sweetness and isusually mild, but can range to medium in heat. Similar in shape to the hotterCreole pepper. Most commonly used in salads, and pickled (en escabeche).Sometimes dried.
