SWEET CHILE

HUNGARIAN SWEET CHILE

Deep crimson, elongated, with broad shoulders and a rounded end, measuring5 to 6 inches long and about 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter at the shoulders.Thick fleshed; very sweet. Similar in flavor to the pimento. Can be roastedand stuffed or used in sauces.
