Bright orange-red, measuring about 1 to 1 1/2 inches long and 1/4 tol/2 inches in diameter. Thin fleshed; a sharp, biting heat, with some stemminessand hints of celery and green onion. Used almost exclusively in the famousMcIlhenny Tabasco pepper sauce. Where: Louisiana, and Central and South America
