TURBAN SQUASH

This appropriately named variety resembles a colorful turban. It is usuallyorange in color at the base (the stem end) and has a small green knob atthe top. There is no doubt that the turban squash makes a colorful tabledecoration, but there is some doubt as to its eating quality.
