Subj: Re:Crab Cakes
This recipe is from the side of a can of Old Bay Seasoning, the official
Maryland seafood seasoning.
1 lb crab meat (backfin is the best)
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
2 slices bread with crust removed
Break bread into small pieces and moisten with some milk. Mix ingredients,
shape into cakes. Fry quickly until brown.
