Title: Spicy Crab Cakes

Yield: 6 servings
1 lb Fresh Lump Crabmeat; drained
1/2 c Soft Whole-Wheat Breadcrumbs
1/3 c Onion; chopped
1/3 c Celery; chopped
2 tb Low-Cal Mayonnaise
2 ts Fresh Basil; minced
1 ts Dijon Mustard
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 ts Ground Red Pepper
1 Egg; beaten
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Combine the first 10 ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture into 6
equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2" thick patty. Cover and chill
1 hour. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over
medium-low heat until hot. Add patties, and cook 5 minutes on each
side or until browned.
