HUMMUS


16 ounces chick peas
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup sesame paste

Food Processor Directions: Insert steel blade in food processor. Placegarbanzos, lemon juice and olive oil in container. Process until very finelyground. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Blender Directions: Place garbanzos, lemon juice and olive oil in blendergoblet. Blend on high speed until very finely ground. Add garlic, salt,pepper and cumin, blending to combine. Reduce blender speed to low. Addsesame paste and blend until smooth. Yields 2 cups.
