HUMMUS


16 ounces chick peas
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup sesame paste

Food Processor Directions: Insert steel blade in food processor. Place garbanzos, lemon juice and olive oil in container. Process until very finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Blender Directions: Place garbanzos, lemon juice and olive oil in blender goblet. Blend on high speed until very finely ground. Add garlic, salt, pepper and cumin, blending to combine. Reduce blender speed to low. Add sesame paste and blend until smooth. Yields 2 cups.
