TERIYAKI SAUCE


1 quart soy sauce
1 quart chicken stock
4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire
2 T. chopped fresh ginger
2 T. chopped garlic

Put all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Set pot aside and letcool. Refrigerated teriyaki will keep for up to 6 months
