APPLE PIE


8 large tart apples
1 stick butter
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 9-inch double crust uncooked pie shell

Mix together and bring to a boil 8 large tart apples, peeled and sliced in eights, butter, orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar. Mix together and add to the above flower and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well and pour in uncooked pie shell, strip top. Bake for 1 hour at 325°F. Serve warm.
