Bourbon Balls 4 dozen
1 c semi-sweet choc bits 3 T light corn syrup
c bourbon or light cream 2 c crushed vanilla wafers
c powdered sugar 1 c chopped nuts
Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Add corn syrup and bourbon or cream.
Combine vanilla wafers, (crushed) powdered sugar and nuts. Add chocolate
mix. If cream is used, add t vanilla. Let stand for 30 minutes. Shape into
1" balls. Roll in granulated or powdered sugar. Let ripen in covered
container at least 3 days.
