Bourbon Balls 4 dozen
1 c semi-sweet choc bits 3 T light corn syrup
c bourbon or light cream 2 c crushed vanilla wafers
c powdered sugar 1 c chopped nuts
Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Add corn syrup and bourbon or cream.Combine vanilla wafers, (crushed) powdered sugar and nuts. Add chocolatemix. If cream is used, add t vanilla. Let stand for 30 minutes. Shape into1" balls. Roll in granulated or powdered sugar. Let ripen in coveredcontainer at least 3 days.
