CARROT CAKE


CARROT CAKE
4-eggs 11/4-cups oil (veg.)
2-cups sugar 2-cups flour
1-teas. salt 1-teas.baking soda
1/2-teas. baking powder 2-teas.cinnamon
2-cups grated carrots

preheat oven 350 deg.
beat eggs,add sugar,oil, mix very thoroughly,add dry ingredients, mix, stirin carrots
pour into 2 or 3 8"or 9" baking dishes,bake for 35 to 45 mins.or until done.

FROSTING
1-package large cream cheese 1/2-cup margarine
2-teas. vanilla 1- cup chopped pecans
1-box powder sugar pinch of salt

mix ingrdients, spread on cake layers
