ALWAYS A RAVE!!! Extremely creamy, no crust version.
(t is teaspoon, T is tablespoon)
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lb sweet butter
Four 8 oz tubs whipped cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 T corn starch
1 t lemon juice
1 t vanilla extract (yes, again)
5 eggs (one at a time)
WHAT TO DO:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large spring form pan.
Beat ingredients adding one at a time as listed. BEAT WELL!!. Pour intospringform.
Place springform in 1 1/2 inches of water (within a large roasting pan.)
Bake for 1 hour. Cool on counter until room temperature, then refrigerateuntil cold.
