CHOCOLATE CAKE FLOURLESS


8 oz. semi sweet choc
4 oz unsalt butter
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
1/4 c. dark rum
1/2 c. sugar

Melt butter and choc. Mix egg yolks with sugar until pale yellow. Beat eggwhites to soft peak. Mix yolk/sugar,rum and butter/choc. Fold in whites.Put in 9" pan lined with wax paper, into a water bath at 350 degreesfor 20-25 minutes. Put a doily on top then dust lightly with 10x sugar.
