4 large mangos, peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 recipe plain pastry
Fit pastry into tin. Place peeled, sliced, and sugared mangos on unbaked
pastry shell. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Sift flour with 1/2 cup
sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle
over mangos. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
