Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
1 1/4 C sugar 2 C diced rhubarb
1/4 t salt 2 C fresh strawberries
1/3 C flour 2 T butter
Pastry for a two crust pie
Combine sugar, salt and flour. Arrange half of fruit in pie shell, sprinkle
with half of sugar mixture; repeat with remaining friut and sugar. Dot with
butter. Put on Full top crust or lattice crust. Sprinkle top crust with
sugar. Bake at 400 degrees, 40-50 minutes or until rhubarb is done and crust
is browned.
