FRESH FRUIT STUFFING


8 slices day-old bread
1 apple
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup melted margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup pine nuts

Blender Directions: Cut each slice of bread into 8 pieces. Place in blender goblet and blend at high speed until reduced to fine crumbs. Transfer to mixing bowl. Quarter and core apple and cut into 8 pieces. In blender goblet put orange juice and apple pieces. Blend at medium speed until apple is coarsely chopped. Add to crumbs in mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients well.

Yields 4 cups.
