SAUSAGE


1/2 pound lean pork
1/2 pound fat pork
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered sage
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
celery salt, Accent, rosemary to taste

Have pork and fat ground very finely. Mix all ingredients together very well. Wrap in wax paper or foil and put in refrigerator for 2 days before using.
