1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
1 tsp (5 mL) flour
12 oz (385 mL) evaporated milk
3/4 cup 150 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked chicken, julienned 1/2 cup (125 mL) bacon, cooked,
crumbled
freshly ground pepper
4 cups ( 1 L) cooked fettucine
· In a skillet, melt butter, add flour and cook for a few minutes.
Pour milk into mixture in thin stream and stir with wire whisk. Add cheese
and parsley. and fold in cooked chicken and crumbled bacon. Season with
ground pepper. Cook for a few minutes to desired thickness. Add fettucine
and serve.
