BALSALMIC
Here's an easy way to make a GREAT Balsamic dressing that you would think
was the house dressing in a very fine restaurant!!
Follow the package directions on Good Season's Italian dressing mix. Instead
of using the usual red wine vinegar, use an aged Balsamic vinegar (available
now in most markets). Shake and cool. You can even cut back on the amount
of oil you use. The Balsamic vinegar is so flavorful you won't even miss
most of the oil!! I tried this dressing on fresh mozzarella with roasted
peppers - WOW!! Let me know if you like it.
