BALSALMIC

Here's an easy way to make a GREAT Balsamic dressing that you would thinkwas the house dressing in a very fine restaurant!!

Follow the package directions on Good Season's Italian dressing mix. Insteadof using the usual red wine vinegar, use an aged Balsamic vinegar (availablenow in most markets). Shake and cool. You can even cut back on the amountof oil you use. The Balsamic vinegar is so flavorful you won't even missmost of the oil!! I tried this dressing on fresh mozzarella with roastedpeppers - WOW!! Let me know if you like it.
