JAPANESE GINGER





1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tblspn rice wine vinegar
2 tblspn water
1 tblspn chopped fresh giner root
1 tblspn chopped celery
1 tblspn soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp tomato paste
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of salt & pepper

put all the ingredients in blender or food processor. Keep processing untilclose to liquid form. Chill and serve.
