MAYONNAISE
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
Beat eggs with sugar, flour, mustard, and salt. Add vinegar and water.
Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Bottle
and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 pint.
