RUSSIAN DRESSING SPICY



1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 tablespoon minced green pepper
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 cup oil

Food Processor Directions: Insert plastic disc attachment in food processor. Place egg, salt, mustard, lemon juice and, if desired, sugar and pepper in container. Process until well combined. With motor running, slowly pour oil through feed tube. Mixture will thicken and turn light colored. Continue adding oil until it no longer blends in but sits in drops on top of mixture. Mix rest of ingredients with Mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Blender Directions: Drop egg into blender goblet. Add salt, mustard, lemon juice and sugar and pepper, if desired. Blend on high speed. With motor running, very slowly pour oil into egg mixture. Mixture will thicken and turn light colored. Continue adding oil until it no longer blends in but sits in drops on top of mixture. Mix rest of ingredients with Mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Yields 1 to 1-1/2 cups
