CABBAGE FRUIT SALAD
1 small head of cabbage
1 red apple
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (reserve liquid)
1 banana
1 orange
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Food Processor Directions: Cut cabbage into quarters and remove core.
Cut apple into quarters and remove core. Insert slicing disc in food processor.
Guide cabbage and apple through feed tube, then transfer to mixing bowl.
Add pineapple. Peel banana and slice. Peel orange, remove seeds and cut
into chunks. Add to cabbage mixture. Insert plastic disc in food processor.
In container combine mayonnaise, honey and juice from pineapple. Process
until smooth. Pour over cabbage mixture and combine well.
