COLE SLAW



3 heads cabbage
1 pound carrots
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Cut cabbage into chunks and core. Peel carrots and cut into chunks. Insertshredding disc in food processor. Guide chunks of cabbage and carrots throughfeed tube to shred fine. As container becomes full transfer contents toa large mixing bowl. To cut cabbage into longer pieces, use the slicingdisc. Cut celery into chunks. Insert slicing disc and guide celery throughfeed tube to slice fine. Add to cabbage mixture. Peel onion and cut intoeighths. Remove seeds from green pepper and cut into pieces. Insert steelblade in food processor. Process the onion and green pepper until finelychopped. Add to cabbage along with remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving.
