RAINBOW RED CABBAGE



1 medium head red cabbage
1 pound carrots
1 bunch red radishes
1/2 small red Bermuda onion
1 stalk celery
1 cucumber

Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Food Processor Directions: Cut cabbage into wedges and remove core. Peelcarrots and cut into chunks. Insert shredding disc in food processor. Guide cabbage and carrots through feed tube to shred, emptying containerinto mixing bowl as it becomes full. Trim radishes. Cut onion and celeryinto chunks. Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds, then cut intochunks. Insert slicing disc in food processor. Guide vegetables throughfeed tube to slice fine. Combine with cabbage mixture. Insert plasticdisc in food processor. Combine all ingredients in container and processuntil blended. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss together.
