TABBOULEH SALAD
1 cup wheat bulgur
boiling water to cover, let sit overnite
chop up 4 to 5 cups of your favorite veggies
I like cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, red cabbage, scallions,
you can use whatever you like.
Drain water off bulgur and mix chopped veggies in, then add
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls lemon juice
1 tbls vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
