1 teaspoon crushed tarragon
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced onion
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cream
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash dry mustard
