BRANDY HARD SAUCE


1/4 cup margarine
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
1 dash salt

Mixer Directions: Insert beater attachment in mixer. On medium speed, creammargarine, gradually adding sugar until mixture is fluffy. Mix in brandyand salt. When well blended, pile lightly into serving dish. Chill untilcold but not hard.
