BRANDY HARD SAUCE


1/4 cup margarine
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
1 dash salt

Mixer Directions: Insert beater attachment in mixer. On medium speed, cream margarine, gradually adding sugar until mixture is fluffy. Mix in brandy and salt. When well blended, pile lightly into serving dish. Chill until cold but not hard.
