BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE


2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup light-brown sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Blender Directions: Melt butter in a saucepan. Put remaining ingredients, except vanilla, into blender goblet. Blend on high until smooth. Pour mixture into saucepan with melted butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook 1 minute longer. Stir in vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
