BUTTERSCOTCH HARD SAUCE


1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon evaporated milk

Mixer Directions: Insert beater attachment in mixer. On medium speed, creambutter, gradually adding sugar until mixture is fluffy. Mix in vanilla,evaporated milk and salt. When well blended pile lightly into serving dish.Chill until cold but not hard.
