DUCK SAUCE


1/2 cup plum preserves
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons soy sauce

In sauce pot, mix preserves, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot water. Cook over medium heat to blend together for about 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add powdered ginger. Cool and serve with spareribs.
