1 cup horseradish root, peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
Food Processor Directions: Insert shredding disc into food processor and
push horseradish chunks through feed tube to shred. If a finer consistency
is desired, use steel blade to chop finely. Mix well with vinegar and sugar.
Cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
