ASIAN PRAWNS

2 T Sesame oil
1/2 tsp. garlic chili sauce, available at Asian markets
1 T chopped Jalapeno
1 T minced Ginger
1/2 a Onion chopped
1 T. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 T. cilantro, chopped
2 T. lime juice
1/4 Cup mirin (Rice wine, syrupy and sweet, used for cooking)

Heat sesame oil in saute pan with garlic chili sauce, onions, jalapeno, ginger over medium-high heat, 2 minutes Add prawns and remaining ingredients except for mirin. When prawns start turning pink, pour in the mirin and serve immediately over steamed white rice.
