BOUILLABAISSE FLORIDA


Floridia Bouillabaisse

servings 2
2 tableespoon butter or oilve oil heated in pan
1 cup each of leeks ,fennel, skinnless seeded tomatoes onion all finelychopped
6 cup of chicken or fish stock
tyme to taste
1 zest of a orange
2 bay leaves
1 bag of cleaned mussels
6-8 small clams
note if clams or mussels do not open throw them away.
4 large shrimp
2 large scallops
1 shark fillet cut into cubes
2 rock lobster split the bsck shell in half
1 salmon fillet cubed
1 mahi mahi fillet cubed
2 alaskan crab claws precook and cracke them


combined all ingredients except for seafood and cook for 45 min to 1hourunder med high heat do not let this stick to the pot after all has cookeddown strain thought sive
Ihotn skillet place oilive oil and fresh seafood in this order mussels,small clams large shrmp, lobster, scollops, salmon .shark,mahi mahi, crabclaws should be bought cooked, combined all this together and place thecrab claw on top add fresh tyme and fish dill salt and pepper to taste youcan add cumin to spice this dish up. hope ya'll enjoy it the more poplethe more fun.
