JAMBALAYA


seafood jambalaya


1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. back fin crab meat
1 qt. home made chicken stock
2 large onions
2 green (bell) peppers
1 lbs. polish kelbasi
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of celery
1lbs long grain rice
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs tyme
1 tbs basil
1 stick of butter
1 tbs red pepper
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs creole seasoning
tabasco to taste
hot sauce to taste
2 qts water


Saute vegatables in oil and butter until tender add seasoning saute 5 min.more add garlic and seafood saute 5 min more
then add liquids and rice let mixture come to a boil and add rice
cook until all water is absorbed or rice is tender add water or preferablystock if rice is under cooked.
