Italian Sausage Soup
1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
3 reg. cans of beef broth
1/2 tsp. basil
3 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 green pepper chopped
2 med. zuchinni, chopped
5 oz. bow tie noodles
Parmesean cheese
Cut sausages into bite size chunks and brown, drain fat.Add garlic and onions.
Cook until limp. Stir in broken up tomatoes, broth, basil, parsley and
peppers. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add zuchinni and noddles. Simmer for 25
minutes until noodles are soft. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
