1 quart navy beans
3/4 pound fatty salted pork cubed
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon soda
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Add ingredients and cook in pressure cooker
for 40 minutes at 15 pounds pressure, or bake in a crock bean pot for 8
hours at 350°F.
