MASHED POTATOES


5 large cooked potatoes
1/3 cup hot milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mixer Directions: Peel cooked potatoes and, while still hot, break into chunks and place in mixer bowl. Attach beaters and begin mixing at low speed. As potatoes become smooth, gradually increase to medium speed and add remaining ingredients. Continue mixing until liquid is absorbed and potatoes are fluffy.
