TOFU WITH FINE HERBS BUTTER


1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened
2 oz (60 g) tofu, crumbled
3 tbsp (45 mL) milk
1 tsp (5 mL) mixed fine herbs
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped parsley
2 green onions, finely chopped

· Run all ingredients through blender until mixture is smooth andcreamy.
· Shape into rolls and refrigerate. Wait 2 hours. Cut into rounds.

Garlic Butter
· Add 2 finely sliced garlic cloves to basic recipe.

Yield = about 1 1/4 cups (300 mL)
Serving Size = 1/4 cup
