1 lb (450 g) tofu
1/2 cup (125 mL) soy sauce
salt and pepper
· Heat broiler.
· Slice tofu into 1/2 to 1 inch (1 to 2 cm) thick pieces, baste in
soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Broil until browned on each side
for a few minutes.
