Egg Nogs

EASTER EGG NOG


1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
Salt
1/3 cup milk
4 teaspoon vanllla
2 tablespoons brandy

Combine the eggs with sugar and salt. Add the milk and the vanilla. Add the 2 tablespoons of brandy and mix. Serve cold in tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.

For a fluffy eggnog, first separate the eggs. Beat the whites until they are stiff, and then fold them into the egg yolks.
