Egg Nogs
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of orange juice
2 teaspoons of grated orange rind
Combine the egg with the sugar, salt add milk and orange juice. Mix well
and serve cold, in tall glasses. For a fluffy eggnog the separate eggs,
beat the whites until stiff, and then fold into egg yolk mixture.
