1/2 lemon, juice only
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 and 1/2 ounces of gin
sparkling tonic water
One egg yolk
Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain the drink
into a highball glass, garnish with fruit, and serve over ice.
