Hot Drinks
1 quart of wine
peel of one lemon
peel of one orange
1 teaspoon of ground spices (Nutmeg, Cinnamon sticks, Cloves, etc.)
1 tablespoonful of sugar
Cook the spices and the peels in one cup of water for 20 minutes. Add the
wine and simmer for 5 more minutes. Strain and serve.
