CREAMY SABAYON


6 egg yolks
1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
2 cups of white wine
2 cups of heavy cream, whipped

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the wine and cook in double boiler until it thickens. Let it chill, fold in the whipped cream, and serve.
