1/2 cup of boiling water
1 quart of orange juice
1/2 quart of plum juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 quart of lemon sherbet.
1/2 quart of dry gin.
In a large punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in the water. Stir in the fruit
juices and the gin and chill. Before serving, add the sherbet and the champagne.
