1 egg, separated
3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
3­p;4 of a cup milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Beat the egg yolk, the chocolate syrup, and the milk together in a blender.
Whip the egg white and the sugar together until stiff. Fold the yolk into
the milk mixture. Pour into a chilled glass and top with nutmeg.
