Joullian Vineyards "Estate Bottled" Sauvignon Blanc Carmel Valley. 1994

75% Varietal - To be called Sauvignon Blanc at least 75% has to be the Sauvignon Blanc varietal.
85% Appellation - For example to be called 'Carmel Valley' at least 85% of the wine needs to come from that appellation.
95% Vintage- For example to be a 1994 Sauvignon Blanc 95% of the wine has to be from the 1994 vintage.
100% Estate- For example to use the word 'Estate' or 'Estate Bottled' the winery needs to own 100% of the vineyards used in that wine.
